What will this wiki be about? What sort of articles will be included?
- This wiki will be a place where users can write fanon articles about the Alien vs. Predator universe. There are many types of fanon articles that can be written, including fanon planets, characters, species, creatures, technologies, weapons, organizations, stories (stories can also include fanon movies, books, comics and games), timelines, events, alien and predator species variants, and much more.

Who will edit this wiki? Is there already a community around this topic? How will you promote the wiki to ensure at least 20 people join? Give links to forums on this topic if you know of any.
- There are many avp sites that focus on canon information (given the fact that there is such a large fanbase), but they have members who would love to write articles on this wiki, as many talk about possibilities of additions to the avp universe, and would, in my opinion, like this wiki since it would be a great place to discuss new ideas, some sites are:

- http://www.alienvspredator2.com (a fansite about avp)
- http://members.iinet.net.au/~jaherne/thehunted/index.php (site mainly focused on the Predators, but has a forum and predator fans who would probably like to write at avpfanon)

Add any information that supports why this wiki should exist. Include links to Wikipedia articles on this topic or to other websites that show this is a popular topic.
- Some of the many interesting fanon topics could be focused on the "Space Jockies" (Space Jockey), one of the first alien races to have contact with the aliens (xenomorphs), they may have also been the creators of the aliens, and may have had contact with the predators (Yautja) but this is not fully known. There would also be a large forum area where users could talk about avp fanon, the community, and community relations between the wiki and other avp fansites.

Which categories should this wiki be in? For example, sports, or arts, or hobbies? Look through the Wikia categories for ideas. Your wiki can be in more than one category. Put them in Category:Uncategorized, removing the colon ":" and replacing "Uncategorized" with the actual category name.

Oppose because in my opinion this could go to Fanon Wikia where you're a bureaucrat and an admin, Brain40. If there's enough proof that it'd make a good Wikia on its own (by proof I mean enough intrested people), then I can change this vote. :) --Jack Phoenix (Contact) 18:56, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
- Well, here is a link to a list of users on alienvspredator2.com, but I know of some users on the wikis that would want to contribute, a few specifically on swfanon. Brain40
Stong Support Though I'm not a fan of the Alien or Predator series, I actually think this is a good idea, especially since there is a Star Wars Fanon Wiki, in which all of that could go on the fanon wiki, but it's big enough for it's own category. The Alien and the Predator series are extremely big and succesful, so much, I believe it deserves it's own wiki. {{SUBST:User:Supergeeky1/signature}} 21:01, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

The AVP wiki is inactive, so I can't imagine that AVP fanon would be more successful that a wiki on AVP itself. The wiki has only had 3 edits in the last 100 days. Please start this at avp or fanon to see whether anyone is really interested in this. Angela talk 12:18, 21 April 2007 (UTC)

- By this I mean, if there were a lot of fanon avp articles on the fanon wiki, could it be made into a seperate wiki? Brain40
- SupportJMan2.0I think that it would be an awesome idea! I love predators and my little brother loves aliens. I already have an idea about what I would don if it was made!
